About Vault Point of Sale

After looking for a point of sale system that would work for our small retail business, and finding that an appropriate platform did not exist, we decided to have one built. Vault Point of Sale came into fruition in March 2012. Since then we have been working hard to ensure that it has been kept up to date and adding new functionality, We have now developed version 4.0 of the platform.

We have now closed the retail business to concentrate on providing a multi-channel, multi-store, and multi-employee platform that handles inventory, sales and refunds, web and contact center sales, and much more.

We have a 7-day client support service as well as installation service, and we can supply appropriate hardware if required.

If you require extra functionality, this can be requested and should be implemented in the next platform update, however, if it is a unique requirement we can add it to your platform, any such works will be charged at £25 per hour.

With experience in the multi-channel retail industry, we have the unique advantage of knowing the way the industry works and this enables us to keep the platform up to date, and user-friendly.
